Overview
Curobi's Gorgias integration shows a customer's Curobi subscriptions in the Gorgias ticket sidebar, with buttons to skip the next order, pause, resume, reschedule or cancel each one, so a support agent handles a subscription request without leaving the ticket — on every Curobi plan, including Free, for stores on a paid Shopify plan.
The card lists every Curobi subscription for the email address on the ticket, cancelled ones included, so an agent can see what a customer used to have. Each one shows its status, products, how often it bills, the next charge date, the amount, the order it started from and its subscription number. Customers are matched on their exact email address in Shopify, and only subscriptions Curobi created appear, because Shopify lets an app see only its own; subscribers you moved over with Curobi's CSV migration count as Curobi subscriptions.
Each subscription has five buttons: Skip next order, Pause, Resume, Reschedule and Cancel. Every button runs the same action as the matching button in Curobi's admin, so the card and the admin can't disagree. Skip moves the next charge on by one billing period, or to the next charge date on a fixed-calendar plan; Reschedule asks the agent for a future date; Cancel is final. Gorgias adds a line to the ticket naming the agent who clicked, and the card refreshes itself a few seconds later. Each click carries its own safety key, so a double-click skips once, not twice.
There's no Connect button and nothing to install in Gorgias. The card is built from two features Gorgias already has, its HTTP integration and a custom sidebar widget, pointed at Curobi's API with a key you create. Setup takes about thirty minutes the first time, copying and pasting a few URLs, with no code. Gorgias calls Curobi and Curobi never calls Gorgias, so it holds no Gorgias login and stores nothing from it. Gorgias sends the ticket's email address, and Curobi answers with subscription details only: no names, email addresses, postal addresses or payment details. Revoking the key in Curobi stops the card on the very next request.
Gorgias runs on Curobi's API, so it is on every Curobi plan, including Free, and moving to a lower plan never switches it off. The API stays off on development stores, so the card starts working once the store is on a paid Shopify plan. On the Gorgias side, the features it uses are on every Gorgias Helpdesk plan.

How to connect Gorgias to Curobi
Create an API key in Curobi
Open Data & API, then API keys, and create a server key named Gorgias with three permissions: read subscriptions, change subscriptions and customer data. Copy the key; Curobi shows it once.
Add the HTTP integration in Gorgias
In Gorgias, add an HTTP integration called CUROBI Subscriptions that runs on Ticket created and Ticket updated, calls Curobi's subscription lookup with the ticket's email address, and sends your key in the Authorization header.
Put the card in the sidebar
From a ticket, open Manage widgets, drag CUROBI Subscriptions into the sidebar and keep the eight fields your agents need.
Add the five buttons and test one
Add Skip next order, Pause, Resume, Reschedule and Cancel to the card, then try one on a test subscription before you hand the card to your team.

Questions merchants ask
Does Curobi integrate with Gorgias?
Yes, on every Curobi plan, including Free, as long as your store is on a paid Shopify plan. Every Gorgias ticket shows a card with the customer's Curobi subscriptions — status, products, how often each one bills, the next charge date, and the amount — with buttons to skip the next order, pause, resume, reschedule, or cancel without leaving the ticket. You set it up with a Curobi API key and Gorgias's own HTTP integration by copying and pasting a few URLs; there is no code and nothing to install in Gorgias. Gorgias sends Curobi the ticket's email address to look the customer up, and Curobi doesn't store it.
Which Curobi plan do I need for Klaviyo, Gorgias, Shopify Flow or the API?
Any plan, including Free. Klaviyo, Gorgias, Shopify Flow and the developer API — API keys, subscription changes by API, bulk exports, and the Storefront and Customer APIs for headless stores — are on every Curobi plan, so none of them is a reason to upgrade and none needs the trial. Signed outbound webhooks, which push subscription events to your own ERP, 3PL or warehouse, start at Business. The API, webhooks and Gorgias need a store on a paid Shopify plan and stay off on development stores; Klaviyo and Shopify Flow work on development stores too.
